| Roses are old symbols of love and beauty. For a lot of goddesses the rose was a sacred flower. These flowers come in a variety of colours, each one with a different symbolic meaning. In red they represent love and passion. On Saint Valentine´s, the day of lovers, love is often demonstrated between couples or spouses with a gift of red roses. |
